Can I exchange or return my items purchased online?To return your online purchases, please head to the Contact Us page, select "Returns & Exchange" and fill out your order details within 7 days of receiving your order.

Can I place an order by phone?Yes, we do take orders via phone.

Do I need to register to place an order?No, you don’t have to, as you can complete your order as a guest. However, by creating an account with Racks Cafe LLC all your details will be saved and that will make your purchases easier and quicker. By using your login username and password, you don't need to enter your address and other information every time you decide to purchase from us, which will save you plenty of time. Your wish list will also store all the items which were added to help you manage your shopping.

Can I cancel my order?After you have placed an order with RACKS, you will receive an order acknowledgement receipt mentioning the exact details of your order, along with the payment reference and total value of the order that will be debited from your credit card. Please note that this is not an order confirmation from RACKS. At this stage your order may be cancelled by contacting us. You can cancel your order up until the point where you receive a notification email that the items have been dispatched and sent to the address specified by you. You will then receive an email from RACKS notifying you that we have dispatched the items and they have been sent to the address specified by you. At this stage, your order cannot be cancelled.

What are the payment methods accepted by RACKS?At our online store, payment can be made using the following methods: MasterCard, Visa and Cash On Delivery. Cash On Delivery is available for all UAE orders.
