Shipping Policy

NON DELIVERY AREAS IN UAE

Please note, we do not deliver to the locations on this list within the United Arab Emirates.

Customers residing in the non-service areas can collect their shipments from the address marked below after having it arranged with the customer service team:

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION 

  1. A signature is required upon receipt of the shipment.

  2. We insure all packages in transit from our store to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage.

  3. Once the package has been signed for it is no longer insured by RACKS. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

  4. RACKS reserves the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.

  5. If you want to cancel or refund your order, please head our Contact Us page and follow the steps to lodge a request. 

  6. Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process.

Return & Exchange Policy

ORGANIZING RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To organize a return or exchange, please complete the following steps within 7 days of receiving your order:

  1. Head to the Contact Us page and select "Returns & Exchange" in the form. Quote your order number and list the items you wish to return. If you are looking to make an exchange, please also quote the product name and desired size.

  2. You will receive a call from contact for you to track the status of your return or exchange.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  1. Returned items must be received within 7 days for UAE orders. Any returns received after the mentioned period will not be processed and the goods will be returned to the customer, and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

  2. Please note that only your first return/exchange is free. A second or more return will be charged with an additional fee of shipping.

  3. Any additional items returned that were not included in the approved list of returned items will be sent back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

  4. All orders must be returned in one package.

  5. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure you include any designer packaging that may have been included. If in any case where the products have not been returned in their original state, used, etc. then the customer will have to pay for the shipping charges for the return. The customer will not be allowed to choose their means of shipping the products, it will be returned through the shipping company/companies we work with only.

  6. All items are quality checked before dispatch, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please head to the Contact Us page, select "Returns & Exchange" and fill out your order details in the form within 48 hours of receiving.

  7. Our Customer Care team will email you to confirm that your return item(s) has been received and will process the refund/exchange.

  8. Returns, exchange, and refunds of products purchased online can only be done through the process mentioned above.

 

Should you wish to repeatedly exchange items, the return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

RACKS RIGHTS

Please note, RACKS reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.

Returns made outside of the 7-day timeframe will not be accepted and sent back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
